TDCS have been an established and pioneering company since 2002. With its 10 team members, TDCS have been committed to delivering the latest products in the world of automotive diagnostics to independent garages and franchises in the UK, in addition to local authorities. Along with this service we have continued to support our clints after purchase by offering an in-house technical support line should they have any further problems or queries at a later date. We feel that this service is invaluable in meeting the needs of our clients, which is our principal aim.

The field of automotive diagnostics is currently at its prime. With the average car now containing 35 different electronic control modules (known as ECMs), it is clear to see why there is a demand for many pieces of diagnostic equipment for when a fault arises with the car. An increasing number of replacement car parts now need configuration or coding (all of which can be done using automotive diagnostics), including seemingly simple things such as headlight bulbs and car batteries. We also don't just supply one diagnostic platform; we have a range of three platforms to ensure that the varying needs of our clients can be met. With more people owning vehicles than ever before, and with cars containing the highest number of ECMs to date, it is obvious that keeping up-to-date with the latest developments within electronic automotive design and diagnostics to match is essential, and something that TDCS takes very seriously by being able to offer possibly the best range of products in the UK.

We at TDCS pride ourselves on being a consultancy-based company. We recognise that different garages, local authorities and franchises have different needs and we do our utmost to meet them. By meeting with clients and recognising their needs, we are able to provide them with the appropriate equipment of the highest calibre that will be of use to them. TDCS are not after a "quick sale"; we believe in taking the customers' needs into consideration from our first point of contact, right through to the end.

As previously mentioned, we don't just supply independent gargaes; we also supply franchises and local authorities. We empathise with franchised dealers and understand that, quite often, they need equipment that will work outside of their direct field of work. We solve this problem by being able to supply them with a range of makes of diagnostic equipment that will alow them to further their work by meeting their individual and specific requirements. This is the same approach we use with local authorities. It is important for them to have access to impartial yet informed advice about the world of automotive electronic diagnostics and how we can help them by offering the specific equipment that they might need. Our consultancy-based approach, coupled with our aims of being user specific, has led to great success with Cardiff Borough Council, Richmond Borough Council, in addition to South Yorkshire and Dumfries Constabulary.
